About Us
The CIPM HR Club, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), is an official body and student-led organization established by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria. This club serves as an extension of CIPM Nigeria on the OAU campus, operating alongside similar clubs in other Nigerian universities. Its primary purpose is to create a platform for students to explore and engage in human resource management practices, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and professional network needed to excel in the HR field.
The CIPM HR Club at OAU functions as a hub for nurturing future HR leaders by fostering professional growth, leadership development, and industry-relevant learning.
